Private wine tastings for modern gatherings
In a world that feels increasingly disconnected, gathering with intent matters more than ever.
My tastings are built around that idea - bringing people together through wine, conversation and relaxed hospitality in the comfort of your own home.
You don’t need to know anything about wine beforehand - just be curious and open to trying something new. Over the course of the evening, I’ll help you feel more confident in understanding what you enjoy and why.
How does it work?
Get In Touch
Start by telling me what you’ve got in mind, whether it’s a special occasion or just an excuse to gather with friends. We’ll chat about dates, your group and the atmosphere you want to create.
Don’t worry if you don’t know what you’d like to taste. Part of my role is helping shape the evening with you - choosing wines that feel right for the occasion, the food and the people you’re sharing it with.
The Wines
Once I have a sense of the evening, I’ll put together a selection of wines that suits the table and the mood.
Usually there’s a balance to it - bottles people instantly warm to, alongside wines they might not have chosen for themselves but end up talking about long after the evening finishes.
If food is part of the gathering, I can also help shape pairings in a way that feels relaxed and natural rather than overly considered - Think shared plates and picky bits, late lunches and garden tables.
On The Day
I’ll arrive with everything needed, including the wines, glassware and tasting materials, so the evening feels easy from the start.
The tasting is guided throughout, but always in a way that leaves room for conversation, atmosphere, and the kind of evenings people genuinely enjoy being part of.
At the end of the evening, I’ll pack everything away and leave everyone to settle back into the table, the conversation, and whatever bottle is still being passed around.
Think of it as an evening out,
without leaving the house.
With Love Tastings grew out of a love of atmosphere as much as wine itself.
I’ve always been drawn to slow, warm and thoughtful evenings- good music in the background, low lighting, people relaxed enough to properly settle into conversation.
Wine became part of that world unexpectedly, after working in a local bottle shop post-lockdown. What stayed with me wasn’t just learning about wine, but seeing the way certain bottles become tied to memories, people, and particular moments in time.
The part I love most is watching people discover something they genuinely connect with, in a way that feels memorable and entirely their own.
With Love Tastings is built around that feeling: thoughtful hospitality, and a shared love and curiosity for wine and the connections it creates around the table.
Before wine, I worked within the wellness and bodywork industry - something that naturally shaped the more thoughtful, people-focused approach that now sits at the centre of With Love Tastings.

I’m based in Haslemere and typically host tastings across London, Surrey, and the surrounding areas within around an hour’s travel. I like to keep things local enough to stay relaxed and unhurried, but if you’re slightly outside that, do still get in touch - I’m always happy to see what might be possible.
-
Each tasting is tailored to your group, the wines selected, and the style of experience you’d like to create. Because of that, pricing varies slightly - but I’ll always make it clear upfront so you know exactly what to expect before booking.
-
Yes - these often work really well for client gifting and team gatherings. The format stays intentionally relaxed and social, so people can actually enjoy the evening together rather than feel like they’re in a corporate event. Think more dinner party energy, less boardroom.
-
Yes - gift tastings are available and can be arranged as a voucher or for a specific date. They make a thoughtful present for birthdays, anniversaries, or anyone who enjoys good wine and a great evening in.
Each experience can be tailored depending on who it’s for, so it feels personal to the person receiving it rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

Not at all. I love introducing people to wine and helping them discover what they genuinely enjoy - so it’s completely fine if there’s no existing wine knowledge at all. The tastings are designed to feel relaxed, sociable, and welcoming, whether someone already loves wine or is just beginning their journey with it.

No! There’s no correct way to taste wine here. It’s much more interesting hearing what you think of the wines than whether you can describe them perfectly.
Background & Approach
My approach to wine has been shaped by years of hands on hospitality experience and formal training.
Alongside WSET Level 3 in Wines and WSET Level 2 in Spirits, I’ve spent the past decade working across bars, restaurants, and customer-facing hospitality roles - learning how atmosphere, service and the way people feel in a space shape an evening just as much as what’s in the glass.
For the last 5 years, I’ve built hands-on experience within the wine industry learning directly from producers and educators in the UK and abroad.
I’m interested in the way modern drinking culture is changing, and how thoughtful hospitality should make space for everyone at the table - whether they drink alcohol or not.
Through specialist training with the Club Soda Academy, I’ve explored alcohol-free production and tasting from the perspective that non-alcoholic options should feel just as considered, social and enjoyable as everything else being served.
